Ingredients

Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, fluid
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
Brown Sugar, .1 cup, packed
Granulated Sugar, .1 cup
Powdered Sugar, .5 cup, unsifted
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
*Crepes, Basic, Unfilled, 6 serving
Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
Raspberries, 12 raspberries
Bakers Chocolate Bar German Sweet, 4 oz
Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels, 2 tbsp
Butter, salted, .5 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
milk, nonfat (.2 cup)
Directions
Filling:
Mix heavy cream with:
0.1 cup granulated sugar
0.1 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup powered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Beat/mix until forms stiff peaks
Then fold in cut strawberries
Spoon mixture into fresh crepe and fold the sides and ends up to close it
Chocolate Ganache:
Place Bakers Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Chips, 1 tsp vanilla, 0.2 cup milk, 0.5 tbsp butter in glass bowl and melt in microwave (about 1 minute on high) then stir until completely mixed and melted
Crepes:
Put a pinch of cinnamon on top of each crepe, add a pinch or two of brown sugar, then drizzle warm chocolate ganache ontop of each creme.
Srinkle powdered sugar on top, add one mint leaf and two raspberries
Serve on individual plates
