Ingredients

    2 cup Rice Noodles, (cooked)
    3 cup Fresh Chives, cut into 1 inch pieces
    4 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean
    0.5 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    2 tsp Garlic
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    4 tbsp Fish Sauce
    5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free

Directions

Cook noodles accoring to package instructions - until al dente. Drain

Pour chicken broth into a medium sized sauce pan and set to boil.

Mix turkey, chopped onion, garlic, black pepper and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Cut rice noodles to 2 inch strings and add to simmering broth. Add chives and 3 tbsp fish sauce. Simmer another 5 minutes.

Add more salt, pepper or fish sauce to taste.
