Introduction

Ingredients

    2 C cooked wheat (bulgur or Wheat berries)
    1 carrot finely diced
    1 rib celery finely diced
    2 shallots finely diced
    .5 sweet bell pepper (any Color) finely diced
    1 Tb seasoned rice vinegar
    2 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp canola oil
    .25 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions

Cook vegetables in oil until just beginning to soften.

Add vinegar, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce and
cook a few minutes longer.

Add cooked wheat and cook until heated through.
