Introduction

Quick and easy fruit salad with a honey lime glaze that is delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quick and easy fruit salad with a honey lime glaze that is delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 1/2 cup strawberries, quartered
    1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
    1 banana, sliced
    1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
    2 small/medium oranges, peeled and sliced

    Glaze:
    3 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp lime juice

Directions

Slice up all of your fruit (of course you can add any other fruit you wish) and toss together in a large bowl. For the glaze, combine the honey and lime juice and whisk or stir until it is a much lighter consistency - much more like juice than honey. Then pour the mixture over the fruit and stir together to make sure all of the fruit is coated. Cover with plastic and chill for an hour or so before serving. It also keeps well in the fridge for several days - the acidity in the lime juice helps keep the fruit from browning. Enjoy!!
