Ingredients

    5 C. Fresh Chopped Cabbage
    1 C. Miracle Whip Light
    1 T. Mustard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 C. Sugar

Directions

Chop Cabbage and set aside in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together well, then mix in with cabbage. Sometimes I put Chicken Seasoning in too as flavor. I know it sounds weird, but it's good.

I like to add some chopped onion, and sweet pickle relish to my coleslaw. Sometimes I add diced bell pepper and grated carrots. Other times, I add diced fresh tomatoes. Never add the extra sugar. - 5/12/09

I will definately try this recipe. I may adjust it to be diabetic friendly by using Splenda and ff mayo. But this really sounds like it would be great as a side with my homemade barbecue. - 4/19/09
