Ingredients

    4 boneless skingless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
    8 oz. pasta shells, manacoti, or shape of your choice
    2 cans condensed low fat cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup chopped carrots

Directions

Mix ingredients in a baking dish and throw into the oven at 350 until meat is cooked through and pasta is tender, usually about 30 minutes.
