Introduction

This is a family favorite...I substitute Splenda for the sugar in the original recipe, and no one even knows the difference! It's a simple recipe to make. I make this in mini loaf pans at the holidays, it makes a great gift. And, it freezes really well. Ingredients

    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. Splenda
    3 bananas
    1 1/.2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix together melted margarine, eggs & sugar. Mash 3 bananas into the mixture. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
