Introduction

Ingredients

    Two Filets of Mild White Fish
    6 oz each
    Cod, Halibut, Tilapia, etc.
    Nutritional Info is for Pacific Cod

    Sauce:
    Juice of one lime
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp ginger root, finely minced
    1/2 tsp Thai chili sauce (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Bake or Steam Fish by preferred method until just done and fish flakes when tested with a fork. One easy method is to bake at 350 degrees for about 10 -15 minutes. Check frequently and do not overcook.

While fish is cooking, mince garlic and ginger finely, mix all other sauce ingredients and let flavors blend. When fish is done, place on serving plates, and spoon 1/2 of sauce over each fillet of fish.

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedge if desired. (Not included in nutritional info).
