Ingredients

1 C Smart Balance margarine (1 stick)
1 C Whole Wheat Flour
1 C White Flour
1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
1 C (14 oz) Fat Free Sweetened condensed Milk
1 c Sugar free raspberry jam
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Beat softened butter, both flours and brown sugar until crumbly. With floured fingers, press 1 3/4 C of the mixture into baking pan. Reserve remaining mixture.
Bake crust for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Microwave 1 C of chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk on medium, uncovered at HIGH power for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. If necessary, microwave mixture for additional 10-15 seconds. Spread over hot crust.
Sprinkle reserved crust mixture over chocolate mixture. Drop teaspoonfuls of raspberry jam over crumb mixture. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake 25 minutes until center is set. Cool on wire rack. Cut into 24 squares approximately 1 1/2 inches square.
