Skim Milk .25 cup
Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties, 10 patties
Morningstar Farms Bacon Strips 6 strips
Egg, fresh, 6 large
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Fat Free Mozzarella, .5 cup
Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz
Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1.7 oz (round up or down to taste)
Boca Soy Burger, 2 serving (1 whole pouch)
2 tbsp cooking oil of your choice
1 tbsp chili oil for flavoring
1 tsp basil

Directions
Cook the breakfast patties, boca crumbles, and bacon strips as usual using 1 tbsp oil. Chop into small pieces. In a bowl, beat eggs and egg substitute together. Add all cheese, meat substitutes, 1 tbs cooking oil, and 1 tbs chili oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer.
Pour into casserole dish or mini loaf pans. Cook at 360 degrees for 30-40 mins until firm and the inside is hot (internal temp of 180degrees). Let cool. Cut into 12 equal servings and store in refrigerator.
Serving option 1: Eat warm as a crustless quiche.
Serving option 2: Chop or smoosh a single serving with a fork then microwave for 45 seconds or until hot. Wrap in Low Carb tortilla for delicious breakfast to go.
