Ingredients

    3 tbsp Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 C Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in bite size pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp dried basil
    8 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 C sliced portabella mushrooms
    2 small summer squash, 1/2 inch slices
    2 small zucchini, 1/2 inch slices
    4 oz. Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese
    8 oz Barilla Plus whole wheat penne pasta

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute chicken in italian dressing over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. Add summer squash, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic and basil. Continue cooking until chicken is done. Add chicken broth, tomatoes and neufchatel cheese to chicken and squash and heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Drain pasta and mix with chicken and vegetables. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
