I made this last night, trying to put together a low calorie dinner, using lots of vegis and it turned out wonderful.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb turkey
    1/2 onion
    1/2 Tbs chopped garlic
    1 cup mushrooms
    2 cups frozen mixed vegis
    1 cup frozen lima beans
    1 cup frozen broccoli
    1 cup frozen cauliflower
    1 small can of petite diced tomatoes
    1 large can of crushed tomatoes

Directions

heat a small amount of oive oil in pan, add onion, garlic and turkey. Cook until turkey is fully cooked. Add both cans of tomatoes products. Add all vegitables, heat over medium, (i recommend using lid to prevent splatters) until hot. serving size is 1 Cup, makes 8 servings.
