    1 scoop Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
    2 tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    1 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
    1 1/2 c Ice


Place all items in blender. Blend until smooth.
**You may have to adjust the amount of ice depending on how thick you like your shakes**
