Quick summer fruit salad that is nutritious and cooling. Quick summer fruit salad that is nutritious and cooling.

Ingredients

    I package cottage cheese
    I package fat free cool whip
    I package of sugar free jello (dry mix, do not prepare as package says)
    I can of fruit

Directions

Mix all together in a bowel and serve.
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings.

I like to use orange jello and mandarin oranges, but any combination works.
