Introduction

I share this smoothie with my two boys at least 3 times a week. It is by far the easiest way to get them to eat fruit. I love it for breakfast because I am not a big breakfast eater. Ingredients

    3 cups whole strawberries
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 strawberry yogurt
    1/2 tsp. cod liver oil (optional)
    1 small banana
    2 scoops protein powder (Brad Kings ultimate whey protein, unflavoured)
    3/4 tbsp. agave nectar (sweetener, also optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until throughly blended. Pour into 3 glasses and enjoy!
