Ingredients

    Yellow Pepper
    Cooked Brown rice
    Mushrooms
    Green Olives
    Cottage Cheese
    Salt & Black Pepper
    Dolmio Stir In Sauce

Directions

Makes 1 Pepper = 1 Serving

Slice top off pepper and clean out inside
Mix ingredients together and stuff into pepper
cook in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
