    4 oz chicken cut into strips
    1/2 cup Zucchini sliced
    1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper Strips
    2 slices tomatoe


place chicken breast in middle of large piece of tin foil sprinkle with salt & pepper if desired, add remaining ingredients. fold tightly and place in baking pan. Add 1/4 c water to pan and bake for 35 minutes @ 375 degrees.
