Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey breast
    1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    2 grams garlic powder
    .25 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425.
2. In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey, spinach, and goat cheese. Form the mixture into 4-5 patties.
3. Grill patties on grill pan/grill.
4. Arrange patties on a broiler pan, and place in the center of the preheated oven 5 minutes, or until done.
