Ingredients

2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 bag salad mix
1 pound extra lean ground beef, cooked/drain
8 oz. Catalina or French dressing, fat-free
1/2 bag Baked! Tostio Scoops
Fat-free or Low-fat sour cream for garnish
Directions
Combine tomatoes, cheese, onion, lettuce, and ground beef in a large bowl. Add the entire 8 oz of dressing and mix well. Crush chips just enough to break them into smaller pieces. JUST BEFORE SERVING, add chips, tossing to combine with other ingredients. Garnish with sour cream. Makes 6 servings, about 2 cup portions.
