Ingredients

    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 can of chick peas, rinsed
    one bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/4 medium small onion, diced
    1 small yellow pepper, diced
    5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    3 cloves of pressed garlic
    juice of 1/2 lime
    kosher salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingridients. Chill in fridge one hour before serving. Serving size = 1.5 cups
