Ingredients

    6 bananas
    4 eggs
    4 C sugar
    1 1/3 C canola oil
    1 C sour cream
    4 C flour
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 C walnuts, chopped
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix bananas, eggs, oil and sour cream. In a separate bowl add flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add to banana mixture. Add vanilla and walnuts, mix well. Pour into 2 a well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 60-90 minutes. Makes 2 loaves (10 servings each).

    Delish! Lots of calories and fat and carbs but the answer to that is to decrease the serving size. No big deal. Thanks for sharing this recipe! - 8/20/09
