Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons Instant Coffee
    1 cup Non--fat Milk
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

Crush ice in blender.
Add coffee, milk, sweetener, and protein powder. Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds until mixed well.
Serve and enjoy.
Makes 1 drink

    I used low fat coconut milk and vanilla stevia drops in this and it still turned out delicious, and even fewer calories :) - 1/8/12

  • I make this all the time with unsweetened chocolate Almond milk and a packet of Via (Starbucks). Very yummy! Oh, and my protein powder has 120cals as well :) - 9/27/11
