Ingredients

    1 tbsp SISU vanilla protein powder
    3 tsp Benefibre
    2 pineapple rings (frozen or fresh)
    30 grams frozen mango chunks
    3 baby carrots (20 grams)
    1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
    coconut extract to taste
    water
    ice cubes

Directions

Place all in mini blender with water up 1/3 of the way & process until smooth.
Add ice cubes & pulse to crush. Process until smooth.
