Ingredients

1 cup of rice (cooked, it can be leftovers)
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp cinammon (ground)
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup white flour

Directions

Mix everything until smooth.
Grease (or spray) a 5"x 9" baking dish and sprinkle a little bit of flour on the greased pan.
Spread the dough evenly in the dish. You can add a mixture of 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp cinammon on top. That of course, adds to the calorie count. To the oven!! I use it a 350F for about 25 min or until you stick a fork in it and it comes out clean.
