Introduction
I tabulated this in response to people's complaints about another recipes calorie count being high. I'm not sure the original recipe was tabulated correctly because I only made a few substitutions, and its a fairly low calorie and satisfying recipe. This version was quite chocolatey--you could use less cocoa or chips if desired. I tabulated this in response to people's complaints about another recipes calorie count being high. Ingredients

5 slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 tsps vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon, or to taste
Splenda Brown sugar blend or other sugar substitute, equivalent to 1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Makes 8 servings
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Tear and arrange bread to cover bottom of pan, scattering leftover pieces on top.
3. Mix milk, egg substitute and vanilla to blend.
4. Mix brown sugar, cocoa, corn starch, cinnamon, and Splenda separately. Add to milk mixture.
5. Pour mixture over bread foundation.
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
