    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1.2 cup
    Garlic, 1 T
    Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Honey, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, a few dashes
    Dried or fresh herbs of choice


Put all ingredients in a jar/container and shake firmly, or put all through a blender for a more creamy/thick version.
