Ingredients

    1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
    1 cup Europes Best frozen 4 field berry mix-slightly thawed
    1 cup Europes Best frozen Caribbean Treasure slighlty thawed
    1 cup diced honey dew melon
    1 cup skim milk or non fat milk

    honey if desired for added sweetness (not included )

Directions

In a blender combine all ingredients and pulse until desired consistency

makes about 5-8oz servings
