    3/4 package frozen spinach
    3 large eggs
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup feta cheese
    salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions

mix all ingredients and seperate in to 10 muffin cups. bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees
