Ingredients

1 flour tortilla (8 inche)
1/2 of 3 oz package of neufchatel (fat free cream cheese)
1.5 Tablespoons of sour cream (fat free)
6-8 strawberries halved
2-3 tablespoons blueberries
1/4 of kiwi fruit sliced
2-3 tablespoons diced cantaloupe
Equal or other sugar substitue
cinnamon
Directions
makes 1 pizza/serving
Preheat oven to 350*. spay your tortilla with cooking spray, sprinkle with sweetner and cinnamon. Poke holes in it all over. LOTS of holes. Bake on a sheet for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, cool on a rack.
Once cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on the tortilla. At outer edge lie strawberries around the edge. spoon blue berrie for next ring, kiwi for next and cantaloupe for center. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Meanwhile: halve your strawberries chop your cantaloupe, slice the kiwi, mix together your cream cheese and sourcream with a packet of sweetner.
