Ingredients

    2 large bell peppers
    1 lb ground beef, 10% lean
    1/3 c. dry couscous
    1 pk. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 extra large egg

Directions

Cut top off peppers and clean. Mix remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers. Cook at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

    Sounds silly, haven't made stuffed peppers before, do I need to brown the meat first? I ame excited to make these for husband! - 2/15/11

    Very Good
    I tried this last night... the Coucous gave it a whole different texture than the rice... liked it much better.... Also, by cutting the peppers in half instead of serving them whole like I have done in the past, it was easier to maintain the portion control, and looked like a larger portion. - 8/5/09
