Introduction

Healthy variation of caesar dressing made with avocados and kraft mayo with olive oil. Healthy variation of caesar dressing made with avocados and kraft mayo with olive oil.

Ingredients

    2 tbsp kraft mayo with olive oil
    1/4 avocado (ripe and soft)
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp or clove of garlic
    1/2 tsp red pepper (crushed or powder)
    1 pinch of pepper
    1/2 oz. chopped anchovies (optional)
    Water (if necessary)

Directions

Mix mayo and avocado well, making sure to smooth out any chunks of avocado, until the mixture is creamy. Add lemon juice (and water, if desired). Add garlic, red pepper, and black pepper; mix in. Add anchovies if desired.

Makes 2-3 servings.
