Introduction

An all in one dish of dirty rice, ground turkey, polish kielbasa and kidney beans. Very filling and tasty. An all in one dish of dirty rice, ground turkey, polish kielbasa and kidney beans. Very filling and tasty.

Ingredients

    approx. 1-1/2 lbs ground turkey
    1 (8 oz) link of Turkey Polish Kielbasa
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium red pepper, diced
    1 package of Knorr Cajun Sides Dirty Rice
    2-1/2 cups water
    1 can Kidney Beans, drained
    cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the ground turkey until browned. Add to ground turkey the sausage and cook until browned. Add onion and red pepper and cook until soft. Add rice, water and beans. Cook on Med-high for 9 min.
Use cayenne pepper to taste.

makes 8 1-cup servings
