    1 Flour Tortillas, (61g)
    1/4 cup seedless Grapes,
    1/2 small apple
    pinch of chilli Pepper flakes or cayenne,
    pinch of Garlic powder,
    pinch of dried Oregano,
    1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise (Mayo),


Directions

dice apples
cut grapes
dice chicken
combine all ingredients with mayo and spices
fold into tortilla and enjoy.
