    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 egg whites
    1 egg


saute onions and peppers in olive oil, mix egg and egg whites, once onion and peppers are tender add egg mixture, cook until egg is cooked.
