    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 2.5 tsp (remove)
    Cornstarch, .1.5 tsp (remove)
    Paprika, 5 tsp (remove)


mix seasonings together and rub on chicken, cook in oven until chicken reaches internal temp of 180.

Add some water to the pan to prevent drying.
