Ingredients

    1 cup Brown rice
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 can cream of chick soup (with equal part water)
    1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped

Directions

Saute chopped garlic and onion in 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 cup brown rice and 4 cups chicken broth. Bring to boil; Reduce heat and simmer until rice has absorbed broth. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can of water, and 1 cup fresh broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender and rice is fully cooked.
