    Good
The recipe calls for 2 Tbs of garlic powder so I only put one but that was still way too much. It might taste good with taco seasoning instead. I will probably make this again. - 6/23/09

Wow looks yum! But I try to avoid beef and am a consummate fiddler so I am going to try it with 1/2 the cheese replaced with cooked and well mashed cauliflower (with a little salt) and add ground soy taco mix instead of beef I will let you know what I discover... - 5/10/09

    Incredible!
How much is one serving? Or how big is the ladle? - 5/10/09

the ladle isn't very big. think of it this way..put a handful of chips in a bowl and pour a normal sized ladle or cooking/serving spoonful over it. basically its like making regular nachos, but without all the extras.
