    Blue B onnet Margarine stick, 4 serving (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, .17 cup, chopped (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)

Directions

Cream sugar and applesauce with margarine add eggs slightly beaten then add bananas. Add dry ingredients mix well add nuts and place in cupcake cups bake at 350 for 20 minutes or as needed. Makes 24 muffins.
