Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 14 oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 14 oz can black beans
    1 10 oz can diced tomatos
    1 10 oz can tomato soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 med green pepper, diced
    seasonings to taste:
    minced garlic
    black pepper
    red pepper
    chili powder

Directions

Brown turkey and drain. In a stockpot, combine tomato soup and water. Add turkey, garlic and chili powder. Drain and rinse chickpeas and black beans and add to stockpot. Add diced tomatos, including juice, and green pepper. Season with black pepper, red pepper and additional chili powder to taste. Let simmer for up to 60 minutes. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
