Ingredients

I know this might sound odd, but I promise - try this and you will love it. For a twist to your normal routine.
2 slices of Whole wheat bread (weight Watchers)
1 serving of egg whites (about 2 eggs)
1 tbsp of chopped onion
1 tbsp of mushrooms (about 1 medium)
1.4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
1/2 Tbsp of Smooth style peanut butter
Dash of your favorite hot sauce (I use tabasco)
Directions
To prepare the bread:
Toast your wheat bread. Spread your peanut
butter across both sides of bread evenly. Put a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce on top of the peanut butter.
To prepare the eggs:
Spray a small amount of Pam in pan. Place chopped onion, mushroom and bell pepper in pan until soft. Pour egg whites into pan. After cooked, make egg whites into a square to place on bread....
Please egg mixture on bread with peanut butter and hot sauce.
