    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup fiber one honey clusters
    4 tablespoons herbalife protein powder
    2 Sugar free jello cups (i used strawberry)

Directions

Just put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
