Introduction

A nice protein to go with spaghetti. 4 meatballs per person. A nice protein to go with spaghetti. 4 meatballs per person.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey (use the leanest, if available)
    1 c. quick-cooking oats
    1 Tbsp. dried italian seasoning (or fresh herbs, if you have them)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and portion out into golf ball size meatballs. Should make 16 or so.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Serve w/ spaghetti.
