Ingredients

    6 Cups Fresh fruit: strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, honeydew, cantelope, grapes

    1/2 Cup vanilla yogurt
    1 T. honey
    2 tsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Directions

Arrange fruit cubes and slices alternately on skewers.

Mix yogurt, honey, lime juice, vanilla extract and poppy seeds. Chill.

Serve dip alongside fruit kabobs.
