Introduction

Ingredients

    Tuna, in Springwater 425 g can
    Corn, kernels 420g can
    Soup, Cream of Asparagus 420g can
    Onion, 1 medium size, chopped
    Capsicum, chopped, 100g
    Rice, Brown cooked 3 cups
    Pepper, Black to taste
    Lemon juice to taste

Directions

Lightly saute onion and capsicum. Add all other ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Place mixture in a casserole dish and bake at 180 (C)/350 (F) for 15 - 20 minutes.
Variations: Add 1 tbs ground cumin
Add one chopped gherkin
Serves 4-6
