Introduction

A variation on another SP recipe. A variation on another SP recipe.

Ingredients

    13.25 oz box whole wheat penne pasta
    2 (14 oz) bags frozen broccoli florets or equivalent fresh
    3 green onions, sliced thin
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    6 T. natural peanut butter
    4 T. rice vinegar
    1 T. sesame oil
    1 T. spicy chili sauce (or to taste)

Directions

Cook pasta according to pkg directions, add broccoli during last few minutes of cooking time. Combine rest of ingredients to make sauce, add to drained cooked pasta/broccoli and stir gently.
