Number of Servings: 3


    Fennel, 1 bulb, trimmed and cut into wedges
    Shallots, 2, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove crushed
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium, chopped
    White Wine, 1.5 tbsp
    Marjoram, fresh, 0.5 tbsp chopped
    Knorr Stockpot veg in 75ml hot water


Lightly saute the fennel, shallots and garlic in the oil.

Add the tomatoes, wine, marjoram and stock. Season.

Cover and either simmer very gently for 20 mins, or bake in the oven for 30mins at 190C.
