Quick and so easy! I cook mine on the George Foreman Grill and its great! Chances are you will have some of the breading left over so the nutritional info may be a little higher than it really is. Ingredients

    1 Cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
    3 teaspoons minced garlic or granulated garlic
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper(to taste)
    1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
    1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
    8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Pre heat grill to high. Mix all ingredients except chicken in gallon ziplock bag. Add several pieces of chicken and reseal to coat chicken. Place on grill and cook for about 5 minutes, turn and cook till juices run clear. Serves 8
