Ingredients

    * Cole Slaw Mix (Dole), 6 cup
    * Ramen Noodles, with season packet
    * Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp [or vinegar of choice]
    * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tsp
    * Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

In large tupperware bowl: stir the vinegar and splenda together. Add the oil & stir. Stir in frozen peas.

1/4 cup hot water [heat in microwave], dissolve the season packet from the ramen noodles. Add to the above mixture & stir.
Add the slaw mix. Stir well.
Break up the Ramen Noodles into small pieces.
Stir into the slaw. Can be added at the last minute if you prefer crispy. It will soften in a few hours.
