    Very Good
Quick & easy to put together, 95 splenda packets = 1/2 C, 2 large eggs = 1/4 c of egg white, mis-read recipe & used 1/2 c of egg white (3 lg egg), still tasty. Watch oven times, I may have overcooked. Served w/ soy vanilla milk & fresh strawberries. Very pleased. Oh add cinammon for more flavor. - 7/29/07
