This tastes like cheesecake in a bowl! It's low in sugar, carbs and fat. Serve over fruit or low carb pancakes to add protein. You won't believe how GOOD it tastes!! Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese
    1 container Yoplait Very Vanilla Yogart
    (thick and creamy, light, 6 oz)
    4 Tbls Splenda (or to taste)

Directions

Measure 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese into a food processor. Add 4 Tbls Splenda (or to taste) and puree until creamy. Add Yoplait yogart and puree again. Serve over fruit or eat from bowl (just dont eat the WHOLE batch!)
Makes about 6, 1/4 C. servings.
